Relationship Wellness Therapy provides an environment for couples or family to heal, express and create a healthier thriving relationship. Dialogue, wellness tools, and various forms of expression techniques are exercised in each session. Participants are encourage to develop self awareness, mindfulness, beneficial communication skills, create structure, boundaries and nurture understanding and compassion within in their relationship.
